For Online Courses

If you cannot complete the course for whatever reason, cancel within 7 days. You will be charged a processing fee of $49 which also includes the cost of the manual which cannot be returned. If you choose to continue the course at a later date, your manual plus processing fee will be deducted from your registration fee.

For Other Courses

If you cannot complete the course for whatever reason, cancel within 7 days. If you return the manual in good condition within 9 days of registration, you will receive a refund minus $12 processing fee. After that, or if the manual is not in good condition, you will receive a refund minus $49 for the manual and processing. Shipping costs of returning the manual to you may also be deducted.
