Sunrise Dip
Many, many people have experienced magical healing qualities of the ocean. But
timing is everything… At sunrise, when the sun is just touching the
horizon, surprisingly, the ocean waters are warm. At this special time, the
energy of the ocean waves plus the emerging sun create a very powerful healing
field. We go mornings at about ten minutes before sunrise. This is something
truly worth getting up early for! Sunrise dip lasts about 20-35 minutes.
Qigong
Qigong is a powerful form of energy healing from
Asia. It involves simple motions designed to balance and harmonize the energy
field. This is very powerful self-healing. These group sessions last 45
minutes to one hour.
Healing Waters
In shamanic fashion, we travel through beautiful tropical scenery to a place
where hot, pure healing water gushes forth from the earth through hot stones.
This water contains minerals many people have been lacking for years! The
healing qualities are remarkable and a legendary ‘Fountain of Youth’ is said to
also be in this geographic area, according to local custom. You will be massaged
with a special blend of herbs mixed for their healing properties. These herbs
are administered directly through a therapeutic-style massage with hot mineral
water and is a perfect compliment to the detoxification, energy clearing and
releasing you will
experience.
Misc. Activities
Port Antonio has lots to offer. And you don’t have to wait until the last day
to find out. We provide you with information on what you can do and what you can

simply a vacation, it is a journey. It is a
